Itinerary
Departure from Rurrenabaque at 8:30. Navigation along the Beni and Tuichi rivers (Bala Canyon). Welcome at Mashaquipe eco-lodge with fruit juice. Lunch. Trail walk to spot monkeys and peccaries.
Breakfast at 7:30. ~4-hour hike to Arenalito camp. Lunch in the jungle. At 15:30, climb to the summit to see macaws and the sunset. Night: optional night walk (armadillos, snakes, tapirs).
Wake up at 5:00 for a sunrise walk with howler monkeys. Breakfast. Build a log raft and ~2-hour rafting on the Tuichi River. Lunch at the eco-lodge. Return to Rurrenabaque (~16:00).
