Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern the use of Paradisiaco Travel's website and the general conditions for booking tourist services. By using the site or requesting a quote, you declare that you have read and accepted these conditions to the extent they apply.
1. Purpose and acceptance
This document establishes the rules for using the website and the general terms governing the relationship between the user or client and Paradisiaco Travel (hereinafter "the agency") in the booking of tourist services. Particular conditions (quotes, vouchers, contracts or written confirmations) shall prevail over these general terms where there is an express discrepancy regarding a specific trip.
2. Identification
Commercial activity is conducted under the name Paradisiaco Travel, with offices in Bolivia at the addresses published on the site. For inquiries: [email protected].
3. Use of the website
The site's content (texts, images, logos, structure) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may view it and share links reasonably; reproduction for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is not permitted.
Information about destinations, prices and availability is indicative and may vary by season, capacity and provider policies. Final conditions are confirmed in the quote or booking document we provide.
4. Quotes and communication
Requests made by web form, email, WhatsApp or other channels do not constitute a booking until the agency confirms in writing the availability, final price and payment conditions. Quotes have a validity period that will be indicated; once expired, prices and availability may change.
5. Booking and contracting
The contract is completed when you accept in writing (or by a means that leaves a record) the proposal and make the agreed payments or deposits. Until then, the agency does not guarantee availability or rates.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide (names as shown on travel documents, dates of birth, nationality, etc.). Errors in the information may generate additional costs or make it impossible to issue tickets or services.
6. Prices and taxes
Quoted prices are expressed in the currency indicated in each proposal and include or exclude items as expressly detailed (airport taxes, admissions, meals, etc.). Tax changes, changes in third-party rates or exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount until full payment, as permitted by law and provider conditions.
7. Payments
Payment methods, installment schedules and late payment penalties will be agreed for each transaction. Until payments are received on agreed terms, the agency may not issue or confirm final services. Keep the payment receipts we give you or generated by the platforms used.
8. Travel documentation
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport, visas, vaccines or permits required by transit or destination countries. The agency can guide you, but obtaining documentation is the passenger's responsibility. We recommend taking out travel insurance appropriate to the type of trip and destination.
9. Modifications and cancellations by the client
Change and cancellation policies depend on each provider (airline, hotel, local operator, etc.) and the booked fare. We will inform you of the applicable conditions before confirming. In general, cancellations with little notice may be non-refundable or subject to significant penalties.
If you request changes to dates, names or services once the booking is confirmed, provider rules apply and there may be additional administrative charges.
10. Modifications or cancellations by the agency or third parties
In cases of force majeure, hotel overbooking, airline flight cancellations or other causes beyond the agency's reasonable control, we will endeavor to offer equivalent alternatives. If not possible, refunds or credit notes will be processed as permitted by providers, without the agency being obliged to compensate beyond what is recoverable from such third parties, unless mandatory legal provision requires otherwise.
11. Liability
The agency acts as an intermediary or organizer of services provided by third parties. The direct provision of transportation, accommodation and activities is the responsibility of each provider. The agency is not liable for damages arising from third-party acts, strikes, weather conditions, border closures or government decisions.
We are not liable for indirect financial losses (lost profits, reputational damage, etc.) unless applicable law provides otherwise in specific cases.
12. Claims
Any incident during the trip must be reported as soon as possible to the agency or the local provider indicated in your documents, to attempt an on-site solution. After the trip, you may send your claim in writing to [email protected] with the contract details and a clear description of events.
13. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms regarding privacy.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
For relationships domiciled or with principal service delivery in Bolivia, the parties are subject to the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. The competent courts will be those of the agency's domicile or as appropriate under applicable consumer law, without prejudice to the consumer's non-waivable rights.
